Welcome to Bay Area FitClub, 

 

Bay Area FitClub is a mobile training company that delivers top tier wellness coaches to your doorstep. You don't have to workout in one fixed location. Why not train everywhere? We can train in a gym or on the Golden Gate Bridge. We can train in the privacy of your home, or we can train around Lake Merritt. Too busy at work to make it to the gym, we'll train you in your office! We acknowledge that finding time to not just workout, but to get an efficient workout, is getting increasingly difficult for many people. We're adaptable. We are here to ensure that you get all of the support and guidance that you need to be successful.

Collin Domingo - (3 years experience) 

Collin Domingo is a fitness professional, who holds certifications from the NCCPT(National Council of Certified Personal Trainers) in Personal Training and National Academy of Sports Medicine in Fitness Nutrition. He is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science in hopes of further pursuing a career in sports medicine and physiotherapy. Working as a Personal Trainer in the Bay Area, Collin specializes primarily in Functional Conditioning & Corrective Exercise, Sports Performance, Fitness Nutrition & Weight Management. He provides a functionally-integrative and holistic approach to your health and wellness that improves movement and enhances longevity. Collin possesses both the practical experience and formal education to work with clients from all levels of fitness, regardless of age or physical limitations.

Shad Arias (15 years experience) 

My name is Shad. I started off in this industry in 1999. I was horribly out of shape and obese. My story is long but I'm going to make it very brief. I had a limited knowledge of fitness at the time but I was deeply passionate about not wanting to be overweight anymore. I ended up losing 85 lbs in eleven months and went from 30% body fat to 5% body fat. Ever since then my knowledge and passion for fitness has only grown. I am an energetic, knowledgeable Personal Trainer with 15 years of experiences designing and monitoring fitness programs designed to accommodate a client’s needs and requirements. I consider myself a results oriented trainer, with a passion for designing programs that improve fitness, increase stamina and develop healthy living styles and a sense of well-being, with an ability to motivate and inspire clients regardless of physical fitness level and abilities, encouraging habits that are life changing. I believe in doing complete, accurate and thorough fitness assessments to interpret physical data designed for the purpose of creating fitness and nutrition plans that maximize efficiency. I have been educated by The National Academy Of Sports Medicine in the areas of Corrective Functional Exercise for normal and special populations as well as advanced Performance Exercise for athletes. However one of my specialties is weight loss  with a focus on nutrition and bio-mechanically proper movement patterns to diminish motor pattern dysfunction in the body, in an effort to create a better quality of life that should lead to a permanent change in life style. 

 

Carlyle Morales (2 years experience)

Carlyle Morales is a fitness professional, currently training in San Francisco. She's certified with the National Council of Strength and Fitness, and is working towards her ACE certification. Carlyle is a real fitness enthusiast. She is passionate about walking people through their process, or transformation. Carlyle's background is in functional conditioning and athletic conditioning, but she's continuously expanding her knowledge of corrective care and assisted flexibility, always aspiring to be a more well rounded coach.

Devin Crosby (10 years experience)

Devin Crosby is a functional conditioning and athletic training specialist. He has an extensive background in sports, specifically basketball, wrestling and track and field. As a coach, Devin specializes in athletic training and functional conditioning with an emphasis on middle aged and senior, general population clients, who are looking to enhance the quality of their lives. Devin currently holds certifications with NASM and NESTA.

Marilyn Emseih (25 years experience)

Marilyn is a fitness enthusiast with a long standing reputation for getting the best out of people. After spending several years in the body building world, training and coaching, Marilyn diversified her portfolio and got certified as a strength and conditioning and functional conditioning coach. She is currently certified through NCSF and is working as a lead trainer in the Walnut Creek area.
